Todd Lyle, Partner/Broker
Todd’s family moved to Lexington in 1983 for his father, David Lyle, to become one of the physicians at Lexington Family Practice in its early beginnings. Todd attended Lexington public schools and graduated from Lexington High School in 1999 and then graduated from The Citadel in 2003 with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
Todd Carnes, Partner
Todd Carnes moved to Lexington in 2000 with his young family and has spent the last 18 years enjoying this great community. Todd has a very diverse background in leadership and organizational development and has led in our community in the faith realm as Lead Pastor of Radius Church, in the business realm as General Manager of SouthernMED Pediatrics . . .
Kerri Carnes, Agent
Following her own collegiate career, Kerri has spent the last 12 years coaching young ladies in volleyball at Pleasant Hill, Lexington High and Ben Lippen School. With all of her girls now in college, she has joined her husband in this new venture to use her relational skills and love of this community to help friends and neighbors make great real estate decisions as they settle in this community.
Brandon Diffee, Agent
Brandon is the newest member of the Todd Realty team and brings with him multiple years of residential experience throughout the Midlands. Brandon is also an ace photographer who provides full marketing services to all of his clients. When he is not working, Brandon is an avid runner who competes in endurance races and he is also really skilled with a microphone in front of him and a guitar in his hands.
Kent Vickery, Agent
Kent has over three decades of experience in real estate in the midlands area. He has a passion for lakefront property and has worked as both a broker and as an investment advisor in projects from Lexington's Lake Murray to the coast of the Carolinas. When he is not working, Kent always finds time to spend at the lake or traveling to see other places, as he is always up for an adventure.
Tricia Potts, Agent
Tricia Potts grew up in Illinois where her grandfather owned a real estate company and her parents are both licensed realtors. Despite loving all things related to real estate, she graduated from USC law and has been practicing criminal law since 2005. Thankfully, she met Todd Lyle in a courtroom, began talking real estate, and got her broker's license. So, today she enjoys practicing law and real estate.
Tricia and her husband, Jeff, have two amazing daughters and have enjoyed buying fixer uppers and tackling rehab projects together.
